lives and works in Chicago, Il. with his wife Roxane Hopper and their two boys Queequeg and What’s Michael. He is a recent graduate from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and currently works at The School’s library where he maintains the 16mm film collection and repairs the damaged books from both the circulating and special collections. When he’s not writing stories, he is busy with collaborative projects with his wife (Notes on a Tale of…which showcased Dec. 7 at Old Gold here in Chicago) or with his best bud Rusty Shackleford (The Book of Masks & a new play, Martha’s Devil, slated to showcase early this fall). Earlier this fall he performed in two plays which premiered late August ’07. Trash, written and directed by Matt Reiger (Illegal Drama) and Beau O’Reilly’s opus trilogy, Madeline Dangles the Noose (1), the McGuffins run the 440 (2), & Hitting the Bricks (3). He and Roxane hope to move to New Mexico very soon.
