Kevin Cantwell lives in Georgia where he teaches at Macon State College. His poems have appeared in many magazines, including The Paris Review, The New Republic, Antioch Review, Poetry, Southwest Review, Metre, and Commonweal. His book of poems, Something Black in the Green Part of Your Eye (New Issues Press), appeared in 2002. One of his poems was reprinted in the Paris Review Book of Heartbreak, Madness, Sex, Love, Betrayal, Outsiders, Intoxication, War, Whimsy, Horrors, God, Death, Dinner, Baseball, Travels, The Art of Writing. and Everything Else in the World Since 1953 (Picador, 2003).
