There are things that those of us who are under attack
believe are happening,
but the systems are not adequately documented,
and there is very little concrete proof:

Manipulation of our lives, our careers, our relationships,
that if not Government sponsored,
is tolerated by the Government.

Covert torture
that uses unseen techno- or neuro-weapons to inflict pain.

These things will become more evident
if the voices of those who have been hurt
and those who have knowledge of the systems and technologies
are not suppressed.

I am an artist for whom a gesture of hope has great meaning.
I have been a soldier, and I know that hope alone
will not take us through the battle.
