Buddhadhasa Bhikkhu
Eyes, Eyes that See

A flock of birds stare	staring long never see the sky
A school of fish they don't see the water, cold and clear
Earthworms stare don't see the earth	that they eat
Maggots, they don't see the waste that they suck
People everywhere, they don't see the world
Must suffer sad anxiety all the time
But Buddhists applying dhamma following tradition
See everything without remainder following the truth
