Rachel Hadas teaches English at the Newark campus of Rutgers University, and in 2000-2001 will be a Fellow at the Center for Scholars and Writers, the New York Public Library. Her collection of prose pieces, MERRILL, CAVAFY, POEMS, & DREAMS is forthcoming this July from the University of Michigan Press Poets on Poetry series.
